About The Position

The Adobe account is a multi-site, high-volume corporate dining program across California, Utah, and Washington, featuring full-service cafés, catering, retail platforms, and innovative food concepts designed to enhance employee experience, wellbeing, and workplace culture. The program emphasizes culinary excellence, operational efficiency, technology integration, sustainability, and disciplined execution at scale. As Resident District Manager, you will lead the Bon Appétit partnership at Adobe, providing strategic oversight and operational leadership across multiple locations. You will serve as the primary executive partner to the client, ensuring strong alignment between Global Safety and Operations, Global Workplace Experience, compliance, performance, and employee experience.

  • Minimum three years of senior management experience in corporate dining or multi-unit foodservice operations
  • Proven success leading complex, high-volume, multi-site operations at scale
  • Strong financial acumen with demonstrated experience managing large budgets and performance metrics
  • Executive presence, emotional intelligence, and transparent communication skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, support cross-functional stakeholders, and align safety, compliance, and employee experience objectives
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and disciplined operational execution across a complex, multi-site corporate dining program
  • Serve as the senior client partner, building trusted relationships and ensuring alignment with Global Safety and Operations and Global Workplace Experience
  • Lead, develop, and inspire a diverse management and frontline team, fostering a people-centered, ethical, and high-performance culture
  • Own full financial accountability including budgeting, forecasting, reporting accuracy, and rigorous cost management
  • Translate operational and financial data into clear, actionable insights that drive performance and inform client strategy
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, federal, USDA, and company policies; oversee audits and maintain standards in food safety, sanitation, and required reporting
  • Oversee culinary, catering, retail, marketing, safety, and nutrition functions to deliver innovation, quality, and operational excellence
  • Drive account retention, identify growth opportunities, and support rebid efforts as needed
  • Represent the partnership with executive presence, transparency, and professionalism at leadership meetings and key events
  • Occasional travel required
