Requirements

Proven experience in senior care management or a related healthcare setting
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing senior care facilities
Ability to develop and implement care plans effectively
Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing exceptional resident care
Relevant certifications or licenses as required by state regulations (e.g., RN, LPN, or Care Manager credentials)

Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate resident care services to ensure high-quality, personalized care
Supervise and support caregiving staff, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to resident care
Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual resident needs
Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing coaching and training as needed
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to resident care and staff activities
Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, and team members to promote resident well-being
Assist with admissions, discharges, and ongoing assessments of residents
