About The Position

Resident Care Manager (RCM) - RN JOIN AN OUTSTANDING TEAM! Marquis Companies has been in business since 1989. Marquis Companies consists of: Post-Acute Rehab and Assisted Living Facilities, Marquis at Home, Consonus Rehab and Consonus Pharmacy. As a Resident Care Manager (RCM) your experienced nursing skills will be utilized as you conduct and coordinate the development and completion of the resident assessments (MDS) in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines, including the implementation of CAAs. Your role will include coordination with Physicians, healthcare providers, facility inter-disciplinary teams, families and manage care through the Charge Nurse, Certified Nursing Assistant and Medication Nurse to best meet the quality of life and care of your residents. This facility currently uses an electronic medical records and electronic charting system.

Requirements

  • Must be a licensed RN for the appropriate State with strong assessment and care planning skills.
  • 2 – 3 years experience working as an RN is required.
  • Experience in Nurse Supervisor roles are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
