About The Position

Bay Square at Yarmouth is seeking a compassionate and caring Registered Nurse to serve as Resident Care Director. The role oversees hiring, training, and management of the community care team and serves as a liaison with family members, community agencies, physicians, and outside care providers. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with a Manager on Duty rotation. Starting salary is $113,000.

Requirements

• Be a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a care setting.

Nice To Haves

• Assisted Living, Home Care, or Hospice setting experience.
• Knowledge of dementia care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hiring, training, and management of the community care team.
• Serve as a liaison with family members, community agencies, physicians, and outside care providers.
• Assure compliance with resident-care regulations, including medication management, resident assessments, and care plans.
• Document and maintain accurate records, as appropriate.
• Demonstrate personal and resident safety methods and procedures.
• Represent Benchmark Senior Living with pride and knowledge when educating outside groups and organizations.
