Requirements

Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing-New Jersey
Proven experience in nursing management, preferably in assisted living or long-term care settings
Strong knowledge of elder care, medication management, and regulatory compliance
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle complex situations with professionalism and empathy
Organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems and administrative software

Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate all nursing services within the facility, ensuring high standards of resident care and compliance with regulatory requirements
Develop, implement, and monitor nursing policies, procedures, and protocols
Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff, including Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans for residents
Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of resident health status and incidents
Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, including OSHA, CMS, and local health authorities
Manage staffing schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency
Foster a compassionate, respectful, and safe environment for residents and staff
