About The Position
Calyx Living is actively seeking an energetic Resident Care Director - either RN or LPN - for our contemporary, brand new assisted living community, Calyx Living of Apex! We are located in beautiful Apex just off I-540 at Hwy 64. Calyx is looking to hire NOW a nurse as our Resident Care Director to oversee Resident Care at the community.
Requirements
- RN or LPN nursing license in good standing with the State of North Carolina
- Minimum of two years nursing experience
- Supervisory background preferred
Nice To Haves
- long-term care experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Overseeing a resident care department through supervising and hands-on support of the care staff
- Managing and training resident care staff to ensure quality service delivery
- Ensuring regulatory compliance
- Completing resident assessments and care plans for new and current residents
- Conducting daily/weekly compliance audits and QA initiatives
