About The Position
Join our Clarendale at Indian Lake Memory Care team and build meaningful relationships with residents while providing compassionate care in a supportive, team-oriented environment. As a Caregiver, you'll play a vital role in helping residents live comfortably, safely, and with dignity.
Requirements
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented individuals
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and TB test
Nice To Haves
- Previous caregiving or CNA experience preferred (but not required)
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help with meals, activities, and engagement programs
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition
- Work closely with nurses and fellow caregivers to provide exceptional care
- Promote resident independence and quality of life
