About The Position

Grand Villa of Sarasota is seeking compassionate and dedicated care staff, preferably certified med techs, to join our vibrant community. Requirements

Certified Medication Technician (preferred) or relevant caregiving experience
Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude towards residents
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Flexibility to work all shifts, including overnight hours
Basic knowledge of healthcare practices and safety protocols
High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

Provide personal care and assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with state regulations and facility policies (for med techs)
Monitor residents’ health status and report any changes to the nursing team
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
Document care activities accurately and timely
Foster a compassionate and respectful atmosphere, ensuring residents’ dignity and well-being
