Part Time, On Call, Resident Care Assistant

Requirements
- Must be available for one PM shift per week (2:30pm - 9:30pm) and take call one weekend per pay period, OR one AM shift (7am-2:30pm) and take call one weekend per pay period.
- Must be able to provide contracted housekeeping, personal care, dietary support, professional health services, and community emergency response as assigned.
- Must be able to complete assigned tasks while helping ensure residents’ physical and psychological needs are met within the scope of the role.
- Must be able to support services and activities across departments, including health, personal care, lifestyle programming, housekeeping, and dining.
- Must be able to perform resident-specific duties and services as needed, including sharing after-hours on-call rotation responsibilities.
- Must maintain an upbeat, positive attitude and demonstrate respectful, individualized interest in each resident.
- Must approach every interaction with courtesy, patience, and a willingness to accommodate residents’ needs.
