Requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on assistance with daily personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support
• Help maintain a safe, comfortable environment while encouraging resident dignity, choice, and independence
• Observe residents for changes in physical or cognitive condition, document care provided, and share updates with nursing staff and the care team
• Offer additional support to residents with higher care needs, using patience and compassion to promote engagement, comfort, and emotional well‑being
