About The Position
Under general supervision, the Resident Assistant provides assistance in the personal care and protection of the residents in the assisted living level of care. The Resident Assistant actively incorporates the CARF/CCAC standards into the daily rhythm of life of the residents. The Resident Assistant develops awareness of residents’ interests and needs and assists residents to maximize their independence and participation.
Requirements
- High school diploma, or equivalent

- Prior experience working with seniors
- No experience necessary. We welcome applicants at all levels and various industry backgrounds, we are willing to train the right candidate!
Responsibilities
