About The Position

Princeton Transitional Care & Assisted Living is a partnership between Signature HealthCARE and Ballad Health, serving the Tri-Cities area with skilled-nursing care, assisted living, short-term skilled-nursing, and rehabilitation services. The Resident Care Aide helps residents with hospitality needs and supports a compassionate care environment. Duties include monitoring resident call lights, delivering food trays and requested items, making beds, and cleaning residents’ personal care and grooming items. The role also performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent related work experience.
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
• Highest level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Monitor resident call lights.
• Pass food trays and other requested items.
• Make beds.
• Clean residents’ personal care and grooming items.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
