About The Position
Under the supervision of the Nursing Supervisor, performs housekeeping duties to assure a safe and healthful living environment for residents of Pinecrest. Provides assistance to the residents with personal hygiene, meal preparation, and clean up.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of experience performing housekeeping tasks preferably in a nursing home environment.
- CPR and First Aid certification within six months of hire.
- Knowledge of the principles and practices of long-term facility care and cleanliness.
- Knowledge of sanitary procedures and practices, human behavior, observing and caring for long-term care residents, and basic office procedures.
