Ongoing Learning and Development support. Transparent advancement tracks and leadership opportunities. Competitive salary starting at: $66,560 (Resident) or $130,000 (Associate Attorney). To be successful in this role, the Resident/Associate will: Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple responsibilities with attention to detail. Work as part of a team in a respectful and growth-oriented environment. Be eager to learn, grow, practice, and incorporate feedback. Complete training and develop skills in client conversion. Proactively study, build confidence, ask questions, complete assignments, and prepare to handle client matters from start to finish upon completion of Residency.
