About The Position

Three Links Assisted Living is seeking Resident Assistants to make a difference in the lives of seniors. This position works collaboratively with members of the nursing team to provide direct care to residents based on the established plan of care, demonstrating and role-modeling the organization's mission, vision, and values.

Requirements

• 16+ years of age
• Interest in learning
• Treat residents with respect and courtesy
• No CNA/NAR required

Responsibilities

• Providing residents with personal care (including bathing, transfers, dressing, feeding, toileting, vital signs, etc.)
• Reporting changes in resident condition
• Promoting resident independence by fostering self-help skills
• Keeping the resident areas safe and orderly
• Medication passing
