Resident Assistant
About The Position
This role is ideal for experienced Resident Assistants, Caregivers, Med Aides, TMAs, or CBRF-certified professionals who enjoy meaningful work in a supportive team environment. You will deliver personalized support that promotes resident wellness, dignity, and quality of life. Help create a secure and comfortable living experience that encourages resident choice and self-sufficiency. Demonstrate Liberty Village's commitment to exceptional service and resident-centered care in daily interactions. Follow individualized service plans and provide assistance based on each resident's unique preferences and needs. Respond promptly to resident requests and provide dependable support throughout assigned shifts. Observe, track, and report changes in resident status to appropriate team members in a timely manner. Encourage participation in social, recreational, and enrichment opportunities through individual and group engagement.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of caregiving experience
