Requirements
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle overnight responsibilities.
- Must be able to lift, bend, and assist residents as needed.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in senior care or healthcare preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Respond promptly to resident needs and emergencies during the night.
- Monitor residents’ well-being and report any changes to nursing staff.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment in resident rooms and common areas.
- Provide reassurance and support to residents, promoting a calm and comfortable atmosphere.
