About The Position
Monarch Landing is actively looking for a hospitality-minded Resident Assistant to join our Memory Care team. We are seeking experienced Caregivers with a passion for working in Memory Care/Assisted Living. We are looking for dependable individuals who are comfortable working with a diverse group of residents and co-workers and are seeking outstanding pay and benefits. Monarch Landing is now hiring Resident Assistants (Non-Certified Caregivers) to provide outstanding care and support for our residents in our memory care. We have high standards and seek only the best candidates.
Requirements
- Must be able to work every other weekend.
- Must be dependable.
- Comfortable with working with a diverse group of both residents and co-workers.
Nice To Haves
- CNA certification preferred.
- Previous Memory Care experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding care and support for residents in memory care.

- Salary range $18.00-19.50/hour, based on experience
