Resident Assistant
About The Position
At Cedar Point, work is FUN! As a Resident Assistant, you’ll assist associates within our Housing Campus. You’ll help create a welcoming, fun, and exciting work experience for Cedar Point associates through a variety of Resident Life roles. You will explain, support, and enforce all policies and procedures. You will establish a team environment within your assigned building through role modeling and focusing on Cedar Point’s cornerstones and core values. You will perform all administrative tasks, such as posting fliers in the building, completing weekly reports, and offering assistance as needed.
Requirements
- Ages 18+
- People who love helping others and will support the needs of our guests and associates.
- Good judgement and a commitment to safety.
- Ability to work and interact with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Individuals with a passion and excitement about Cedar Point.
- Availability to include some weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
