About The Position

As a Resident Assistant, you will be at the center of caring for residents with compassion and dedication while building meaningful relationships and providing assistance with activities of daily living.
Requirements
- Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
- Must be 18 to operate lift equipment per statute.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
- BLS Certification.
- CMT with Insulin Certification and BLS Required.
Responsibilities
- Supports residents with daily living activities.
- Helps maintain residents' personal environment.
- Provides observation and documentation.
- Assists with onboarding of new associates.
