Part-time weekend Resident Assistant at Vista Prairie at Windmill Ponds, an assisted living community in Alexandria, MN. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Help residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care
- Support safe transfers and mobility using trained techniques and equipment
- Assist with or administer medications according to residents' care plans
- Build real relationships with residents and respond quickly when they need you
- Watch for changes in a resident's health or mood and report them to nursing staff
- Bring calm, patience, and respect to every interaction
