About The Position

The primary purpose of this position is to help ensure the quality of life and environment for the Continuing Care Center memory care residents. This role involves following Federal and State guidelines and regulations, as well as the Continuing Care Center's established policies and procedures, to ensure that the needs of residents are met and maintained.

• Ability to engage with residents in meaningful activities.
• Ability to complete work promptly without compromising the safety of residents or associates.
