Resident Assistant (RA/CNA) - Casual - FLEX Day/Nights
About The Position
This role assists with selected routine and non-technical aspects of nursing care during an assigned shift, under the direction of a Registered Nurse. Will assist with the care of the older adult and geriatric population. This is a great opportunity to make a difference, gain real experience, and build your future in healthcare. You will work alongside experienced nurses while providing hands-on support to older adults and the geriatric population. You’ll assist with routine, non-technical aspects of nursing care while helping residents feel comfortable, safe, respected, and cared for. We are looking for compassionate, dependable individuals ready to learn.
Requirements
- CPR certification required, or must be completed within 90 days of hire.
