Requirements

• One (1) year experience as a resident assistant in an assisted living facility in the past 5 years
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support - (BLS-CPR)
• First Aid (FAC)
• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate clearly in English.
• Ability to demonstrate basic math skills.

Nice To Haves

• Six months experience caring for senior population
• Certified Nursing Assistant: CA, (CNA)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all assigned duties related to the care, well-being and safety of the residents.
• Responds to residents' needs and provides residents with assistance in daily activities.
• Assists in orienting and training staff members.
