About The Position
Capitol Lakes is hiring Resident Assistant's (Caregivers) in our Assisted Living and Memory Support department to provide personal care assistance and support for residents in an individualized, professional manner, to help residents function at their highest level possible, and in accordance with each Service Plan. Requirements
- Experience in caregiving/nursing field preferred.
- Desire to learn, grow, and provide excellent resident care!
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance and support for residents in an individualized, professional manner.
- Help residents function at their highest level possible, in accordance with each Service Plan.
- Assist with daily operational needs of the facility to help ensure quality of care.
