About The Position
Red Cedar Lodge Senior Living is looking for compassionate and dependable Resident Assistants to join our team on a PRN (as-needed) basis. As a Resident Assistant, you’ll play an important role in supporting our residents with their daily needs while helping create a welcoming, comfortable, and engaging community.
Requirements
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working with older adults
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- PRN availability and flexibility to work various shifts as needed
Nice To Haves
- Previous senior living, caregiving, healthcare, or customer service experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate assistance and support to residents with daily activities
- Assist residents with personal care and mobility as needed
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
- Support residents with meals and other daily routines
- Build positive relationships with residents and their families
- Observe and report changes in residents’ condition or needs
- Work closely with nursing and senior living team members
- Provide exceptional customer service and promote resident dignity and independence
