About The Position
Join our team as a Resident Assistant if you are confident, detailed, and self-sufficient. This position supports social interaction, community connection, support, and care for residents. As a Resident Assistant, you will be central to caring for residents with compassion and dedication, building meaningful relationships while assisting with activities of daily living.
Requirements
- Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
- Must be 18 to operate lift equipment per statute.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
- BLS Certification.
Responsibilities
- Supports residents with daily living activities.
- Helps maintain residents' personal environment.
- Provides observation and documentation.
- Assists with onboarding of new Associates.
