Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and emergencies
Energy, patience, and professionalism to meet residents’ daily needs
Physical ability to perform daily duties, including lifting, bending, standing, and assisting with resident mobility
Teamwork mindset and willingness to support both residents and coworkers

Nice To Haves

Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is a plus but not required; training provided

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), promoting dignity and independence
Respond promptly and compassionately to resident needs and call lights
Help ensure resident safety, comfort, and overall well-being
Create a welcoming and respectful environment for residents and their families
Follow established procedures during emergencies or changes in resident condition
Support a clean, safe, and organized living environment
Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet resident needs
