About The Position
The Resident Assistant (RA) supports residents with activities of daily living and helps maintain their personal environment. The RA provides observation and documentation and assists with onboarding new Associates. The role centers on caring for residents with compassion and dedication, supporting social interaction and community connection, and building meaningful relationships while providing assistance.
Requirements
- Complete and maintain the assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
- Be at least 18 years old to operate lift equipment, as required by statute.
- Manage multiple priorities.
- Prioritize tasks independently.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
- Hold BLS Certification.
Responsibilities
