The Resident Assistant provides personal care and related services to residents according to individualized service and care plans. Works under the direction of the Healthcare Coordinator. Certification as a Nurse’s Aide is preferred but not required. The Minnesota Equal Pay for Equal Work Act requires employers in the state of Minnesota to disclose the following information. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
