About The Position
Green Lea Senior Living is looking for a dependable Resident Assistant to join our team! This role enhances the quality of life of our residents by providing personalized support for daily activities, fostering independence and dignity. You will build meaningful relationships with residents, offering emotional companionship, monitoring health, and encouraging participation in social activities to promote overall well-being and a sense of community.
Requirements
- A CNA or HHA certificate is preferred, but not required
- Entry level role in healthcare - we will train compassionate individuals!
