We are looking for compassionate, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our team in a fast-paced, rewarding role supporting daily program operations and participant services. In this position, you will help maintain a safe and welcoming environment, assist with participant intake and support, coordinate daily activities and meals, and help ensure smooth facility operations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and occasionally high-demand environment
• Ability to obtain required certifications and clearances (employer paid)
• Valid driver license and acceptable driving record

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus
