Requirements
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented individuals
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 18 years or older
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Nice To Haves
- At least one year of experience in assisted living or a related field preferred
- Healthcare, hospitality, or service background a plus!
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily activities (bathing, dressing, mobility, toileting, etc.)
- Support residents during meals, activities, and social interactions
- Respond promptly to resident needs and emergency call systems
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with residents, families, and coworkers
- Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and occasional transportation tasks
