AM Shift: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM PM Shift: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM NOC Shift: 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM 💵 Shift Differentials Available AM: +$2.00/hr (Saturday & Sunday) PM: +$5.00/hr (Mon–Fri) | +$7.00/hr (Sat–Sun) NOC: +$4.00/hr (Mon–Fri) | +$6.00/hr (Sat–Sun)
Requirements
- NOTE: For the safety of our residents and staff, Cedar Community requires all employees to be vaccinated against influenza, except for approved medical or religious exemptions.
- COVID-19 vaccination is strongly encouraged.
- Requirements may change per CMS guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) while promoting dignity and independence
- Create a welcoming, caring, and respectful environment for residents and families
- Respond promptly and compassionately to resident needs and call lights
- Help ensure resident safety, comfort, and overall well-being
- Follow established procedures during emergencies and changing resident conditions
