We’re currently hiring a Full-Time Day Shift Resident Assistant/Caregiver and PRN Resident Assistants/Caregivers for all shifts to support our residents with compassion, dignity, and heart. Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Caregiving experience preferred (assisted living experience a plus, but not required)
  • CPR & First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented individuals

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, etc.)
  • Support residents’ comfort, safety, and overall well-being
  • Help serve meals and create a warm, welcoming dining experience
  • Build positive, meaningful relationships with residents and families
  • Maintain clean and comfortable resident rooms and common areas
  • Provide safe assistance or transportation as needed
