Briarfield Health Care Centers is seeking Resident Assistants to join our teams across Mahoning & Columbiana Counties! Our Assisted Living locations include: The Inn at Christine Valley, The Inn at Ironwood, The Inn at Glenellen, The Inn at Poland Way, The Inn at Walker Mill, The Inn at Old Saybrook, and Briarfield Manor. Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must have current First Aid Certification or must obtain within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

Answers signal lights, bells, or intercom system to determine residents' needs.
Assist residents with specific needs involving their activities of daily living.
Assist with resident's laundry when needed.
Complete light housekeeping duties.
Maintain physical environment in a clean, safe, and pleasant manner.
Perform other related activities as assigned or requested.
