About The Position

Millstream Commons Assisted Living by Three Links Health Services is hiring for a Part Time Days or Evenings Resident Assistant (RA). If you have a passion for seniors, come and join our high-quality team. The RA is responsible to demonstrate, and role model the mission, vision, and values of the organization. This position works collaboratively with members of the nursing team to provide direct care to residents based on the established plan of care.

Requirements

• 16+ years of age
• Interest in learning
• Treat residents with respect and courtesy
• No CNA/NAR required

Responsibilities

• Providing residents with personal care (including bathing, transfers, dressing, feeding, toileting, vital signs, etc.)
• Reporting changes in resident condition
• Promoting resident independence by fostering self-help skills
• Keeping the resident areas safe and orderly
• Medication passing
