Responsibilities
- Demonstrate and role model the mission, vision, and values of the organization.
- Work collaboratively with members of the nursing team to provide direct care to residents based on the established plan of care.
- Provide residents with personal care (including bathing, transfers, dressing, feeding, toileting, vital signs, etc.).
- Report changes in resident condition.
- Promote resident independence by fostering self-help skills.
- Keep the resident areas safe and orderly.
- Responsible for medication passing.
- Perform other reasonable related duties as assigned.
