About The Position
This position provides resident care in the assisted living settings of the Hillview Health Care Campus, with a strong focus on person-centered care and a home-like environment. Team members are selected by and work under the supervision of the Assisted Living Supervisor.
Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
Responsibilities
- Interact with residents, families, and team members with courtesy, professionalism, and respect.
- Observe residents for needs or changes in condition and report concerns promptly.
- Demonstrate reliable attendance, a willingness to learn, and strong collaboration with supervisors and clinical staff.
- Safely administer medications following the Five Rights and perform basic clinical tasks within allowed scope.
- Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including hygiene, mobility, meals, and transfers.
- Accurately document care, comply with assisted living regulations, and maintain a safe, clean environment.
