Requirements

• We are seeking individuals who have a sensitivity and aptitude for working with the elderly.
• Candidates without experience must be willing to complete med pass training.
• Successful candidates must have strong problem-solving skills, good judgement, dependability, and flexibility.
• Must perform all required job tasks as trained and directed and respect the confidentiality and personal privacy of residents.
• Prior to starting work, all employees are required to pass a criminal investigation as solely determined by the State of Minnesota.

Nice To Haves

• Med Pass experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with personal cares as scheduled.
• Performing housekeeping duties.
• Observing residents and reporting changes in physical and emotional condition.
• Passing medications and supervising resident self-administration.
