Requirements

Ability to work calmly and confidently overnight
Comfortable with hands-on care, including lifting and mobility support
Able to follow care plans, document accurately, and communicate clearly
Must be 18 years old and pass a background check
Valid driver’s license required for transporting residents

Nice To Haves

Experience in RCAC or CBRF settings is a plus
Listed on Wisconsin CBRF Employee Registry or willing to complete required courses

Responsibilities

Support residents with personal care, daily living tasks, and maintaining a safe environment
Assist with meals, hygiene, and keeping resident areas tidy and comfortable
Administer medications according to the “Five Rights” and provide treatments as directed
Observe, document, and communicate changes in resident condition
Encourage independence whenever possible
Maintain resident rights, safety, and confidentiality
Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and post-mealtime cleaning
Participate in recreational activities and community engagement
Occasionally drive facility vehicles to appointments or events
Uphold assisted living rules, safety protocols, and infection control standards
Work collaboratively with supervisors, nurses, and team members
Provide courteous, respectful service to residents, visitors, and the public
