PM Shift Resident Assistant (PCA/CNA) - On the Bus Route & No Mandating!
About The Position
Keystone Bluffs is an Assisted Living facility located in Duluth, MN, on the bus route. We offer 80 apartments designed for single-level living and are dedicated to providing high-quality, person-centered care. We believe in creating memorable experiences for our residents. We are looking for compassionate CNAs, RAs, or PCAs who are passionate about providing exceptional care and creating joyful experiences for seniors. We emphasize that we do not mandate shifts, and overtime pay is available after 8 hours. We offer full and part-time positions with block scheduling, wage based on experience and licensure, and shift differentials for evening and NOC shifts. We also provide opportunities for advancement, a dynamic leadership team, and benefits.
Requirements
- Must thrive in a teamwork setting.
- All applicants must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible for consideration.
- Exception: Individuals under the age of 18 may be considered only if they possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license, in accordance with applicable regulations.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience is not required.
- Caring heart, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Providing personal care and following the residents' care plan.
- Performing delegated nursing and medical care as designed by the RN to maintain the residents' physical and emotional well-being.
- Accurately documenting information.
- Communicating with RNs and LPNs regarding relevant resident information.
- Following HIPAA guidelines.
