PM Shift Resident Assistant (PCA/CNA) - On the Bus Route & No Mandating!
About The Position
Keystone Bluffs is an Assisted Living facility located in Duluth, MN, on the bus route. We offer 80 apartments designed for single-level living and are committed to providing high-quality, person-centered care. Our mission is to create memories for our residents. We are seeking compassionate CNAs, RAs, or PCAs who are dedicated to providing exceptional care and creating joyful experiences for seniors. We emphasize a work-life balance with no mandatory overtime, overtime pay after 8 hours, and block scheduling for predictable schedules. Requirements
- Previous experience is not required.
- Must thrive in a teamwork setting.
- All applicants must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible for consideration.
- Exception: Individuals under the age of 18 may be considered only if they possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license, in accordance with applicable regulations.

Responsibilities
- Providing personal care and following the residents' care plan.
- Performing delegated nursing and medical care as designed by the RN to maintain residents' physical and emotional well-being.
- Accurately documenting information.
- Communicating with RNs and LPNs regarding relevant resident information.
- Following HIPAA guidelines.
