About The Position
Provides cognitive support and assists tenants with home management tasks, activities of daily living, mobility, medication administration, and other delegated nursing functions, as assigned, according to the plan of care. Works under the direction and supervision of the RN to assist the tenant in meeting and/or maintaining their highest practicable physical and mental functioning. Position is primarily at Northwinds Assisted Living with potential for cross training to our secondary congregate living setting.
Requirements
- Good interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and team-player mentality.
- Excel at working independently while managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing.
- Pass a background study through the Minnesota Department of Human Services.
- Must be 18 years or older.
