About The Position

Monitoring residents' health and well-being, promptly reporting any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals and family members, and maintaining accurate documentation of medication administration and resident care activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and protocols are key aspects of this role.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older (This is a requirement to pass medication)
- 1 year of previous Assisted Living or LTC experience
