This role involves maintaining effective communication with residents and their families, promoting a positive image of the entity, and performing resident care according to individual service plans and as delegated by the Registered Nurse. The position requires prompt notification of any changes in resident status, participation in ongoing training, and adherence to standard precautions. Responsibilities also include accurate documentation, cooperative scheduling, maintaining a calm and compassionate attitude, and working cooperatively with all staff and disciplines. Additional duties include setting up appointments/transportation, managing call-ins, and performing audits as assigned. A $1.00 per hour premium is offered.
