Requirements
- Previous caregiving experience preferred, but not required
- CNA certification not required
- Passion for providing outstanding care and service
- Strong observation, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using computers, Internet, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to meet physical requirements and pass DHS and criminal background study
Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships with residents while delivering excellent care and customer service
- Assist adults with activities of daily living
- Promote a safe, healthy, and positive living environment
- Support residents with dignity, professionalism, and compassion
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent, high-quality care
- Complete additional duties as assigned
