About The Position

Carefree Living is seeking Full-Time & Part-Time Resident Assistants/Caregivers for the PM shift. This role offers a PM Shift Differential of +$1.00/hour. Carefree Living offers paid training and support for those new to caregiving.

Requirements

A compassionate, dependable individual who enjoys helping others.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and internet navigation.
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
Ability to successfully complete a DHS background study.

Nice To Haves

Previous caregiving, Resident Assistant, PCA, DSP, or CNA experience is helpful but not required.
CNA certification is NOT required.

Responsibilities

Assisting with activities of daily living such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and mobility.
Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
Encouraging independence while providing compassionate, resident-centered care.
Creating a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment.
Working alongside a supportive team dedicated to exceptional care.
Documenting resident care and communicating changes with the care team.
Performing other duties as assigned.
