About The Position

Hamilton House Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a compassionate and passionate Resident Assistant/HHA/CNA to join their growing team. Hamilton House Senior Living, which opened in 2019, is located in Cedarburg, WI, and provides Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services in a 111-unit, apartment-style community. The community encourages a "work hard and play hard" mentality with amenities like a putting green and bocce ball court. In this role, you will provide direct care to residents, assisting them with personal care services and daily living activities, while encouraging independence and treating each resident with respect and dignity. You will also engage residents in meaningful conversations and assist with medication administration.

Responsibilities

Provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognizing individual needs, encouraging independence, and treating each resident with respect and dignity.
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
Assist with medication administration.
