About The Position
We are hiring a part time evening and a part time day shift Caregiver/Resident aide at Butterfly Homes Assisted Living, located in the Billings Heights. Job Duties : To care for residents in an Assisted Living environment while helping to maintain the resident’s quality of life with dignity and respect.
Requirements
- Good people/communication skills
- Strong compassionate and caring attitude
- Willing to work as an active team member
- Ability to maintain and display a positive attitude
- Ability to multitask
- Previous direct care experience desired, but will train the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living
- Maintain resident documentation as needed
- Obtain residents vitals as directed
- Distribute resident medications for their self-administration
- Clean resident rooms and common areas as scheduled
- Provide laundry services to residents
- Other duties as assigned by Supervision
